With a primary focus on delivering world-class customer service, The Valley Home Store aims to facilitate seamless transactions for both buyers and sellers of deed-restricted homes. Its core mission is to ensure a high level of satisfaction for individuals involved in the process.
Realtor™ Referral Program for Selected Properties
The Valley Home Store offers a referral program for licensed Realtors™. By referring a buyer who successfully closes on a property (excluding Miller Ranch), Realtors™ are eligible to receive a generous $500 referral fee. To qualify for this incentive, the following conditions must be met:
Realtor™ must be in good standing with the Vail Board of Realtors
Must be acting as a buyer's agent
Properly completes online referral form (on valleyhomestore.org website)
Only one referral fee will be paid per transaction. In the event that multiple Realtors™ submit a referral form for the same transaction, the credit will be awarded to the first Realtor™ to submit their referral form.
