Pre-Application
Before starting the application, please take the time to read through the property’s deed restriction, housing guidelines, and Eagle County Affordable Housing Guidelines: Administrative Procedures. These documents contain all the crucial information related to eligibility, selection process, scoring, ownership requirements, and resale.

Screening for Eligibility
The application process commences with a series of screening questions to assess your eligibility for purchasing a deed-restricted home through The Valley Home Store. If you qualify, you will receive an email containing a link to complete the application.

Completing the Application
Once your eligibility is confirmed via email, you will be invited to complete the application process. During this stage, we will request detailed information about your household, residency, and work history in Eagle County. Please note that the application is comprehensive and requires thorough and accurate details.
