Edwards Riverfront Estates
This neighborhood, consisting of four new homes constructed in 2022-2023, sits right along the south side of the Eagle River in Edwards. It was formerly known as the Kudel Development.
Two of the units, Lot 1A and Lot 1B, have Resident Occupied Deed Restrictions that are administered by The Valley Home Store. These deed restrictions allow an Eligible Household to apply for an exemption to the 2% Real Estate Transfer Assessment Fee.

The other two units, Lot 1C and Lot 1D, will be subject to a 2% Real Estate Transfer Assessment fee on all transactions, payable to The Valley Home Store.
