Pre-Application
Before starting the application, please take the time to read through the Deed Restriction, Housing Guidelines, and Administrative Procedures. These documents contain all the crucial information related to eligibility, lottery scoring, and ownership requirements.
Screening for Eligibility
The application process commences with a series of screening questions to assess your eligibility for purchasing at Miller Ranch. If you qualify, you will receive an email containing a link to complete the application.
Completing the Application
Once your eligibility is confirmed via email, you can complete and submit the application. During this stage, we will ask for specific information about your household, residency, and work history in Eagle County.

No Short-Term Rentals
A Miller Ranch property MUST be your primary residence and not used for business purposes. Please review the Deed Restriction, Housing Guidelines, and Administrative Procedures for more information.
Leave of Absence Restrictions
Eagle County Affordable Housing Guidelines; Administrative Procedures allow for a one-year Leave of Absence as an owner's only rental option. This requires Program Administrator approval after multiple conditions are met.
